A quiet place to relax and unwind from stress, time to catch up on all those books you've been meaning to read, great for walking, plenty of historical sites to visit within only a few miles.

Great location, excellent view. Park the car and leave it alone! Cottage clean and fresh. Access steps are really a wide, concrete staircase - about 20 steps. Garage space for a small car but outside parking OK. Kitchen modern, spacious and well equipped, separate from lounge but there is a large serving hatch. Beds comfortable. Storage heating very good. Modern bathroom and the bath is fine but the lack of a proper shower is reflected in the price: no complaints, it's fine as it is! Although in a block, it is still very private. We will be back!

A well appointed cottage with numerous little extras such as books and puzzles in case of inclement weather. Superbly located on the River Wye at Symons Yat. Also the use of a garage for storing bikes, canoes or other large items that you may not wish to carry on the car everywhere you visit.
